HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

Our client, a Healthcare company based downtown in the financial district, is currently seeking a new Human Resources Generalist.
Ideal candidate has some familiarity with Employee Relations, Performance Management, Benefits, Recruiting & compliance with local, state and federal HR regulations.
Become the HR point person to deliver on all new hire "on-boarding"
Employee Relations
Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies
Motivate and educate existing staff on HR policies and procedure
Recruiting (Development of Job specs, scheduling & conducting first round interviews with potential new employees and maintain a pool of passive candidates)
Ideal candidate has 2-5 years experience working in a similar HR role
