Capital Health in Des Moines is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered outpatient rehabilitation within an interdisciplinary clinic offering chiropractic care, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and medical‑grade aesthetics.

The therapist will evaluate and treat musculoskeletal and functional impairments using evidence‑based manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and progressive care plans. They will collaborate with our team of providers and allied clinicians in the community, and contribute to a warm, team‑focused environment dedicated to improving patient outcomes at an award‑winning practice.

Capital Health is a clinician owned private practice seeking the right candidates to join our team. The clinic owner has McKenzie experience (Courses A-E), Dry Needling with AAMT, Active Release Techniques, Graston, DNS and more.

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist who wants to:

Work with a broad range of patients ranging from active adults, young athletes, aging individuals, post surgical patients, and more.

Build longitudinal relationships with patients (40-min, one-on-one, appointments).

Be involved in the local community.

Help grow a practice, not just work in one.

Active adults recovering from injury and/or who want to stay strong and pain-free

Youth athletes returning to sport

Gym athletes (CrossFit, strength training, fitness-focused clients)

General physical therapy patients

Aging individuals and some post-surgical care

Growth & Community (Key Part of the Role)

Build relationships within our local community by engaging with community leaders, gyms, coaches, and local organizations

Attend events, competitions, and community opportunities

Help generate new patient growth through connection and presence

Communication

Confidently explain your plan of care and our value

Educate patients and community members

Ask for referrals and reviews naturally

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in:

Pelvic floor / pelvic health PT

Dry Needling

McKenzie Method

IATSTM/Graston
