GlossGenius is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team and help drive measurable business outcomes by turning strategic priorities into operational reality across departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
Drive growth initiatives by testing and validating new acquisition channels, retention strategies, and operational experiments
Partner with department leaders to identify growth opportunities and operational gaps, and implement solutions hands-on
Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, owning high-impact projects from concept through launch while working cross-functionally
Have 6+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of driving results, preferably in consulting, finance, or a related field
Have hands-on experience building with AI tools and systems, and have shipped working solutions
Possess strong analytical thinking and can design clean experiments and interpret data
Are passionate about empowering small business owners and have a high level of empathy for customers
The starting base salary for this role in New York is between $140,000-$180,000 plus target equity and benefits. Flexible PTO
