Temp/Travel- Registered Nurse (RN) L&D (NIGHT)

Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery (L&D) – Albany, Oregon, United States. Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Weekly pay range $2,508 to $2,621 per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours. Work setting: hospital level obstetric care unit focused on labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum and newborn care. The LDRP team provides labor, delivery and recovery care by a skilled team of nurses and medical staff in a family-centered, medically safe environment. All sites provide gynecologic surgical support, and some locations practice pediatrics as well. Weekly pay: $2,508 to $2,621 per week

• Contract duration: Shift: Nights (3x12 hours)
• Labor, Delivery and Recovery (LDRP) unit in a hospital environment

Provide direct patient care to laboring patients and those in postpartum/recovery, including initial newborn care

• Monitor maternal and fetal status, perform routine assessments, administer medications per policy, and support pain management
• Assist with labor and delivery, participate in postpartum and newborn care, and respond to obstetric emergencies per unit protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatology/pediatrics teams and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care
• Document care in electronic medical records, maintain accurate charts, and ensure safety, infection control and patient privacy
• Educate patients and families about labor, postpartum recovery, newborn care, breastfeeding support, and discharge planning

Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license

• Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• Relevant OB/L&D nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and every third weekend as scheduled
• Willingness to work in a hospital setting and follow unit policies

13-week contract with potential for extension per assignment needs

• Nights shift (3x12-hour blocks)
