Recruiter - Full Time / Permanent

York Space Systems is seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring teams to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience and represents York in the marketplace as a trusted brand ambassador. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from partnering with hiring teams, sourcing to interviewing and offer management through successful onboarding including technical and corporate positions.

Identify industry insights and partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs to develop and deliver effective recruiting strategies.

Represent York Space Systems as a brand ambassador in candidate interactions including in-person recruiting events.

Craft compelling job postings and outreach messages to attract top talent.

Ensure timely communication and updates for both hiring teams and candidates, while maintaining organized records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and apply best practices to strengthen experience for hiring teams and candidates.

This role is onsite in our Greenwood Village, CO office.

Five or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver results.

Values data integrity and organization to power data analytics and trend insights.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; Ability to work fulltime in office.

Bachelor’s Degree.
