The HR Generalist serves as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders, providing solutions-oriented support across the employee lifecycle. This role requires strong experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, ADA/accommodations, leaves of absence, and HR operations. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, ownership, and a collaborative mindset, understands the power of strategic partnership, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Partner with leaders and employees on employee relations, performance, policy interpretation, and other people-related matters.

Manage workplace investigations and employee relations matters, including interviews, documentation, findings, and recommendations.

Coach and influence leaders through people decisions using sound judgment, HR expertise, and business perspective.

Identify workforce trends and partner with leaders on solutions that strengthen employee experience and business performance.

Support performance management, talent planning, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.

Partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Relations, and other key partners.

HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience with demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership.

Strong experience with employee relations and workplace investigations.

Strong judgment, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to coach and influence leaders while maintaining collaborative partnerships.

HR experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment is preferred.
