Position: Full‑Time Total Loss Claims Specialist
Location: Bedford Park, IL (In‑office)
The role focuses on reviewing, investigating, and determining the disposition of total loss auto claims. Responsibilities include collecting documentation, preparing claim evaluations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.

Review and determine the course of action for each assigned claim.

Maintain thorough documentation and accurate records of claim activity.

Prepare and present claim evaluations for settlement authority.

Collaborate with internal and external customers to establish facts and gather evidence.

Interact professionally with vendors, upholding the company’s commitment to quality service.

Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved.

2-3 years of previous auto claims insurance handling or related auto experience.

General working knowledge of policies, file procedures, state rules, and regulations.

Ability to pass written examinations required to become a licensed Claims Adjuster.

Experience with online claims systems.

Bi‑lingual in Spanish is a plus.
