Position Overview Assistant Teachers support general classroom management and supervision, including personal care, hygiene, and positive behavior guidance. You will help implement lesson plans that support physical, social, and emotional development while setting up engaging materials and activities. Providing nurturing, encouraging, and joyful interactions with children

Supporting lifelong learning and curiosity

Assessing each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis

Attending required staff meetings, trainings, and school events

Ability to work an early morning or closing shift

1+ years of childcare experience , specifically with children under age 5

Strong communication and customer service skills

Able to work with children of all ages and developmental levels

for child safety and emergency situations

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1 year of assistant teaching or childcare experience
