We are seeking System Administrators at both Level 1 and Level 2 tiers to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical IT systems. In this role, you will manage infrastructure and processes related to client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices. System Operations: Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems, including UNIX and Windows operating systems.

Tiered Support: Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.

Install and load OS software, maintain network integrity, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Perform system capacity analysis and planning to optimize resource utilization.

Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers regarding escalated tickets and status updates.

Level 1 System Administrator

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree (10 years total).

Level 2 System Administrator

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree (15 years total).

Proficiency in configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems.

In-depth experience in troubleshooting complex IT systems and network components.
