What You'll Be Doing Onboard As a CommuteAir Flight Attendant, you are the heart of the inflight experience. Your role blends safety professional, customer service ambassador, and team collaborator all in one. Delivering warm, attentive service that reflects well not only on CommuteAir but also on our codeshare partner, United Airlines.

Staying organized with required paperwork, checklists, and reports, all outlined clearly in our Flight Attendant Manual.

Working closely with pilots and ground crew to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe flight operations.

Following all company policies with professionalism and integrity.

Legal authorization to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized alien).

S. or foreign passport with applicable visas, plus unrestricted travel rights in and out of the U.S. to all cities CommuteAir serves.

Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

A satisfactory 10‑year background history, including criminal record check.

A high school diploma or GED.

At least two years of customer service experience in any field—retail, hospitality, healthcare, or another people‑facing role.

Visible tattoos are not permitted, and piercings are limited to the ears only.

Read and understand work‑related documents with ease.

Physical and Environmental Realities of the Job Lifting or moving up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds consistently.

Ability to push and maneuver a beverage cart weighing up to 250 pounds.

Ability to reach and operate emergency equipment and exits without difficulty.

Work Environment Snapshot Most time will be inside the aircraft, but you will be exposed to outdoor elements during boarding and deplaning. We’re more than just a regional airline.
