Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by a healthcare provider

Monitoring clients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

Provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Adhere to all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
