Front Desk Agent
Property: Comfort Inn & Suites Panama City , FL
You are the first and last impression of the hotel.
As a Front Desk Agent, you manage the guest experience from arrival to departure. You control the check-in process, resolve issues quickly, and represent the Comfort Inn & Suites brand with professionalism and urgency.
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Coordinate room status with Housekeeping
- Balance cash drawer and complete shift reports
- Follow all brand standards and safety procedures
Performance Expectations
Accuracy of billing and folios
- Upselling performance
- Customer service experience required (hotel experience preferred)
- Comfortable using computers and property management systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and working in a structured, fast-paced setting.
