RN’s, LPN’s, Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapists, Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Attendants, Companions/Live-Ins and other specialized healthcare professionals are licensed, trained and ready to provide care twenty-four hours a day, every day.

Job Description Matrix Home Care has several openings for RNs for SOC/Oasis & Follow up visits in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and the surrounding areas (Monday - Friday and weekends). Responsibilities include:

Start of Care Assessments

Wound Care / Medication Management

Infusions

Private Duty and Medicare patient visits

We are hiring Start of Care and Visit nurses.

Compensation Follow up Visits: $50 per visit.

Requirements Prior home care experience with Home Visit and Oasis.

Valid Florida Nursing License.

Experience with EVV – Kantime Software.

Spanish speaking a plus.

Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
