RN- Health Care (Full-Time

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Provides nursing leadership for a specific shift and unit/area.
Supervises and mentors staff during assigned shift. Provides direct patient care as needed. Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care, including formal evaluation, and identifies any issues that affect desired patient outcomes. Responds to complaints about patient care and related services, and manages through established channels.
Ensures staff has necessary equipment and supplies to provide safe, quality patient care.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Registered Nurse

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program within three years of assuming the Charge RN position.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. 1 year of nursing experience.
