Base Hourly Compensation Range: $23.00 / $2.00 night shift differential

The Forklift Driver is responsible for preparing merchandise and securing it for safe, easy transport, communicating with leadership to determine priorities, and performing regular machine maintenance on forklifts.

SHIFT: Must be willing to work either day and/or night shift; A cell phone stipend

Unloads and loads trucks safely and timely to serve our customers.

Plans supply and material requirements by studying production schedules and scheduling deliveries to the production area.

Retrieves supplies and materials by studying specifications; locating and verifying supplies and materials; secures pallets on the truck; Maintains inventory in the production area by anticipating and tracking usage. Monitors inventory by reporting discrepancies.

Documents actions by logging supplies, materials, and finished goods movements.

Maintains a safe work environment by watching out for pedestrian traffic, following standards and procedures, and complying with safety / legal regulations.

Keeps forklift operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance, and calling for repairs.

Accomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management.

Compliant with all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s, and all DrinkPAK’s policies and procedures

Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity.

At least 3 years of experience in the Field or similar manufacturing/warehouse environment; 3 years preferred in Forklift position.

Forklift Certification is required.

Must have a full understanding of the operations of a Forklift (electrical or Propane)

Must have the ability to safely operate a sit-down and stand-up motorized forklift.

High School Diploma required; Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
