Pipefitter- Construction/Manufacturing

CCI Mechanical, LLC is expanding its workforce and is seeking an experienced and skilled Pipefitter with a strong background in hydronic piping systems. This position entails supporting mechanical and construction projects through various tasks, including the installation of hydronic piping systems, selection and fitting of valves and controls, pressure testing, troubleshooting and repair, and routine maintenance. The pipefitter will also support project teams by interpreting technical drawings, collaborating with other trades, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

This position is located in Northwest Florida and will report to our Holt, FL office.

Installation: Installing hydronic piping systems according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.

Pipe Fitting: Selecting and installing appropriate pipe fittings, valves, and controls to regulate fluid flow.

System Testing: Conducting pressure tests and inspections to verify the integrity of the installed systems.

Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of hydronic systems.

Working with other trades and professionals on construction and maintenance projects.

10 years of experience with hydronic piping layout and fabrication.

HVAC piping experience.

If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.

Requires ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co‑workers and clients. May require lifting up to 35 pounds and using personal protective equipment such as hard hats, steel toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. Exposure to computer screens, driving, carrying supplies, heat and cold, and potential fumes or airborne particles.
