Are you a local experienced Registered Nurse looking for premium compensation and maximum flexibility? Explore FirstChoice Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution! FirstChoice RNs fill short and long-term assignments throughout the health system. Home Health Territories include Jackson, Grass Lake, Manchester, and other surrounding areas.
Provide care across multiple patient homes within designated service areas or regions
Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (no flags or restrictions)
Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience
Home care experience preferred
Pleurex Catheters drainage and site care
Wound Care including Wound V.C. therapy
PICC Line Dressing Changes sterile technique and site monitoring
G-Tube Management feeding, flushing, site care
Medical Management general patient care and chronic condition support
Lab Draws venipuncture and specimen handling
Flexible Scheduling
- License and Certification reimbursement per assignment
