• Manage and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize pre-owned vehicle profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service and repeat business.

Coordinate with the marketing team to promote pre-owned inventory through various channels.

Oversee inventory management, including pricing, selection, and merchandising of pre-owned vehicles.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Train, coach, and develop sales staff to enhance performance and professional growth.

Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a luxury brand environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Knowledge of pre-owned vehicle retail and inventory management.

Ability to analyze sales data and market conditions to drive business decisions.

Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in CRM and automotive sales software systems.
