We are looking for a dynamic and strategic senior recruiter who can adopt a consultative approach to talent acquisition while utilizing tools and resources to identify and engage outstanding candidates. Your main responsibility will be to provide memorable experiences for both internal and external customers, ensuring that every interaction embodies Lennar's commitment to excellence. Your Responsibilities on the Team Consultative Talent Acquisition: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices. Collaborate to develop tailored recruitment strategies for each role. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and attract top-tier candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels. Candidate-Centric Approach: Deliver extraordinary service throughout the recruitment journey with transparent communication, timely updates, and personalized interactions. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial requisition creation, to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor insights to make informed recommendations to hiring teams. Employer Branding: Enhance Lennar's employer brand by promoting our unique culture and career opportunities and participating in branding initiatives and events. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the recruitment process continually. Your Toolbox Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring top talent preferred. Strong consultative skills for building relationships and effective collaboration. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools. Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and customer experiences. These resources may include, but are not limited to, applications designed for customer engagement, operational efficiency, data analysis, Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, and other business functions.
