As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol in Ventura, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a government healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Part Time
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general information, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
