Cascade Medical Associates (CMA) is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our longstanding, stable, single-hospital contract group at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Springfield, Oregon.

Modern 38‑bed Emergency Department

Approximately 13 nine‑hour shifts per month

Shared scheduling model averaging 2–3 night shifts monthly

Collegial team of all Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Physicians

Monthly salary of $29,250, equivalent to $250/hour, based on 13 shifts per month
