How you will make contributions that matter Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs.

Performs physical inventory count (cycle count) and reconciles inventory on a daily basis.

Assists in developing solutions to shortages, overages and inventory discrepancies.

Compiles, verifies, and reports periodic statistical information to management regarding trends in customer escalations as related to inventory

Assists in compiling data related to special projects, as requested by supervisor.

Applies and ensures compliance with inventory processes and procedures.

Effectively and promptly communicate (both verbally and electronic) all applicable inventory concerns, special considerations supervisor.

Support internal/external audits.

Provide back-up support for Shipping/Receiving clerk when necessary.

Ensure that all system transactions are accurately and timely to reflect correct inventory position at any time. This includes shipments, resupply inventory, donations, product loss and damage.

You are best suited for the role if you High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Preferred, 2-year degree in logistics or inventory management.

Excellent computer skill with advanced experience with word processing, spreadsheet applications and specialized inventory control software programs (WMS), SAP preferred.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as inventory reports, operating procedures to ensure inventory is audited and accurate.

Safely operate a lift truck.
