Head of Project Management

Our client is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead SAP, consignment inventory, and enterprise systems initiatives across a complex business and technology environment. This individual will drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution, providing structure, governance, and accountability while partnering with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Own and manage project workstreams end-to-end with minimal oversight.
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, RAIDD logs, status reports, and governance documentation.
Coordinate across Product, IT, eCommerce, Operations, Engineering, and business teams.
Drive project execution, manage dependencies, identify risks, and facilitate issue resolution.
Provide concise executive-level communications and leadership updates.
Support testing, deployment, operational readiness, and change management activities.
Required Qualifications 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
Strong project governance background including project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
Experience managing projects involving enterprise applications, system integrations, and process improvements.
Advanced proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications SAP project experience, particularly within enterprise enhancements, integrations, or transformation initiatives.
Experience working with integrated platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, eCommerce solutions, MuleSoft, or similar systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and release management.
Supply chain, warehousing, or inventory management experience is a plus.
A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex initiatives, and can confidently lead projects across both business and technical teams while providing leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
