Hourly Attorney

We are seeking a motivated attorney to represent national creditors in consumer and commercial bankruptcy matters in Kentucky. The ideal attorney will collaborate with our paralegal team to prepare and review Motions For Relief, Proofs of Claim, Objections, Adversary Actions, and related creditor matters as well as attending hearings in all Bankruptcy Courts.

Knowledge of the FDCPA and compliance regulations issued by the CFPB

3+ years of experience in the field

License to practice law in Kentucky
