Head of Project Management

Why This Role Matters The role is critical in keeping steel projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. You will play a central part in coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers while helping drive continued operational improvement.

Responsibilities Manage multiple structural steel projects from award through completion

Review project scope, drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets

Coordinate with fabrication, detailing, field, subcontractor, and vendor teams

Track project progress, costs, changes, risks, and delivery milestones

Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships

Qualifications Strong project management experience within structural steel fabrication and/or erection

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once

Strong understanding of drawings, schedules, budgets, and project coordination

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and common construction/project management tools

PMP certification or related construction qualifications would be advantageous
