Temporary Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Job OpportunityLooking for a recruiter to support high-volume hiring in the manufacturing and light industrial sector.Responsibilities:Support all day-to-day recruitment activity on numerous requisitions including: strategy discussions, sourcing, screening, digital interview review and offersSource talent through active and passive methods, including events, databases, referrals, and direct outreachReview and disposition high volume of candidates under limited timelinesSchedule interviews and collect feedback, generating offers and completing onboardings as neededCommunicate with candidates throughout the process, including outreach, screening, follow-up, interview coordination, and status updatesRequirements:Recruiting experience within manufacturing and light industrial roles requiredExperience in managing full life cycle recruiting - working directly with hiring managers and sourcing talent (executive search, Boolean search or strategic sourcing)Fluency with modern sourcing tools and techniquesAt least 3-5 year experience requiredBachelors is preferred but not a mustProficiency in Microsoft applicationsWe offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more.
