Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Founding Clinical Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years as a certified BCBA, with proven leadership and supervisory experience. You will thrive in a startup environment and work autonomously to help establish and grow our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the executive team on the development and implementation of clinical programs in alignment with our mission and values.
Oversee staff onboarding and training to ensure clinical excellence.
Provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development for clinical staff, including BCBA candidates, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
Monitor supervision metrics across the clinic to ensure BACB compliance.
Conduct functional assessments, functional analyses, or IISCAs as needed.
Qualifications Certified BCBA with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Location LBA Flagship Clinic - Holly Springs, GA (open to discussion of relocation)
