Legal Counsel (m/w/d) Energy Management

Manage legal risks, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and protect the company's interests in a highly regulated and complex industry. Provides support and advice to the business's commercial teams and all the central support functions. Responsibilities Prepare contract assessments, redlines, recommendations and summary Assist with review, draft, and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, vendor and consulting agreements, assignments and amendments, guaranties, and other similar agreements Review master trading agreements of every sort in accordance with department guidelines and subject to senior lawyer oversight where required. Provide timely, technically accurate and commercially aware legal advice to the company's trading and origination teams Ensure that all legal risks are outlined for the business and advise on the legal process as required, including how best to mitigate such risks.
