Full-Time Driver Recruiter

Managing the recruitment and hiring of drivers, the full-time Driver Recruiter will screen and interview candidates, ensuring compliance with hiring guidelines and regulations, while working in a hybrid environment that includes both remote and in-office responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

Own the driver recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates

Analyze applicant data and review background checks to determine eligibility for hiring

Collaborate with leadership to manage expectations and solve recruiting issues

Required qualifications:

Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience

2+ years of experience in a call center environment, inside sales, or related fields

Preferred experience in the transportation and/or logistics industry

Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across multiple mediums
