Pond is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (Engineer or Architect) to join our growing, award-winning Federal group in support of our U.This position will be based onsite in Cape Canaveral, FL, working directly with project teams supporting federal facilities.
Successful Project Managers at Pond & Company operate with a team-based philosophy and are responsible for managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams, as well as overseeing sub-consultants. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of design requirements for federal facilities, including both DoD and non-DoD agencies, with specific experience supporting Air Force projects strongly preferred.
Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Professional Registration (PE or RA) required
• Thorough knowledge of facilities design and construction, contract management, project delivery, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and/or other relevant software
• Ability to work onsite in Cape Canaveral, FL on a full-time basis
• Occasional attendance at meetings and off-site events; Position may require occasional travel
• Must be able to travel internationally, if required, via passport or other official documentation
