Responsibilities:

Execute trades in accordance with established trading strategies and risk management guidelines.

Monitor market conditions, analyze data, and identify trading opportunities.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop and refine trading strategies.

Utilize advanced trading tools and technology to execute trades efficiently.

Monitor and manage trade positions, including risk exposure and portfolio performance.

Stay informed about market trends, economic news, and industry developments that may impact trading strategies.

Collaborate with other traders and teams to share insights and optimize trading performance.

Continuously evaluate and improve trading strategies based on market conditions and performance analysis.

Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines relevant to trading activities.

Maintain accurate records of trades, positions, and performance metrics.

First loss capital.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven track record of successful trading in one or more financial markets.

Strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics, and risk management strategies.

Proficient in utilizing trading platforms and tools to execute trades.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make informed trading decisions.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced trading environments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and share insights with other traders.

High level of self-motivation, discipline, and resilience.

Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and trading strategies.
