Producer - Part Time

We're a San Francisco creative studio working with the most ambitious technology teams on the planet, telling their stories through brand films, product videos, documentary, and animation. We're building the defining agency for deep tech and science.

We're hiring a Post Producer to run the pipeline that turns raw footage into finished, delivered work. You'll sit between editors, directors, and clients — scheduling cuts, managing revisions, tracking deliverables, and making sure nothing slips between assembly and final delivery. It's a high-ownership operational role for someone who thrives on keeping a lot of moving parts on time and on spec.

Schedule and track every project moving through post, from assembly cut to final delivery.

Own delivery specs and QC — making sure final files meet client and platform requirements.

Manage media, project files, and archiving across Frame.Interface directly with clients on scheduling and delivery, alongside producers.

io, DaVinci Resolve project structures, shared drives).

Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.
