Paralegal -Construction & Real Estate

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Construction Paralegal to support attorneys handling complex construction defect and construction litigation matters on behalf of developers, owners, contractors, design professionals, and insurers. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation support experience, familiarity with Florida construction disputes, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive litigation support in construction defect and construction-related matters

Draft and assist with pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence

Manage document production, review, and organization, including electronically stored information

Maintain case files, deadlines, and calendars in compliance with court and firm requirements

Assist with compliance related to Florida construction defect statutes, notices, and procedures

Qualifications Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in construction defect or construction litigation

Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure and litigation support practices

Experience managing complex document‑intensive cases

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management systems

Familiarity with e‑discovery platforms is a plus

Experience supporting construction defect or multi‑party litigation matters

Familiarity with construction documents (contracts, plans, specifications)
