Concerto is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (any field of practice) to join its team and to be TRAINED as a Dialysis Nurse! The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Assures responsibility for the unit and works collaboratively with members of the hemodialysis healthcare team. Supervises care given by dialysis technicians while assuming a ‘hands on’ role and fostering a team approach to patient care.

The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with CMS/federal and state regulations. The Dialysis Nurse assures responsibility for the dialysis unit and works collaboratively with members of the hemodialysis healthcare team. The Dialysis Nurse is also responsible for supervising care given by dialysis technicians while assuming a ‘hands‑on’ role and fostering a team approach to patient care. You will be providing “home hemodialysis” nursing care to patients in a nursing home setting. Our Crescendo Training Program will give you all training required over a three‑month schedule for you to be a proficient Dialysis Nurse capable of leading nursing care in a hemodialysis treatment setting.

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (State appropriate license)

Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience (any practice area)

Interest in learning Dialysis

The work environment includes temperature control, moderate noise levels, and potential exposure to infectious materials.
