Job Overview A law firm seeks a Business Transaction Attorney in Portland, OR. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to engage in a wide range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate sales and purchases, and corporate matters.
Duties Manage mergers and acquisitions.
