HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

The Landmark Resort is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to help run essential HR functions for a 294-room waterfront property in Egg Harbor, WI. This role supports people processes from onboarding onward, partnering closely with leaders across multiple departments to keep day-to-day employment operations moving smoothly.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will own core areas including benefits , HRIS , recruitment , employee relations , and workplace safety . The scope covers key HR activities and ongoing support for employees, while payroll is not included in this position.

Manage benefits , HRIS , recruitment , employee relations , and workplace safety (excluding payroll)

Handle employee relations

Experience with benefits administration , HRIS platforms , and full-cycle recruitment

Ability to manage onboarding , employee relations , and workplace safety simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience); 2+ years of HR generalist experience preferred
