Telemetry RN - Weekend Work Nights

Registered Nurse – Med/Surg/TelemetryShift: Nights 18:45–07:15 Every other weekend coverageContract lengths accepted: 13–20 weeks 36- or 48-hour contracts acceptedMinimum 2 years clinical RN experience Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS Preferred certifications: ACLS, telemetry monitoring experience, charge experience Epic charting experience preferredProvide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Monitor patients and interpret telemetry data for rhythm identification and management. Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.Must pass EKG testing prior to start. Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only). Up to 7 days max RTO (no holidays); must work 2 of 3 major holidays; no RTO during first week. Orientation: 24 hours.City Wilmington State NC
