Head of Project Management

We are seeking a Project Manager for an on‑site, full‑time position based in Dallas, TX. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Day‑to‑day tasks include coordinating project schedules, managing resources, reviewing progress through inspections, and ensuring compliance with high‑quality standards. This role also involves managing logistics, facilitating timely delivery of materials, and ensuring seamless communication among project stakeholders. Expertise spans restaurants, hotels, commercial real estate, industrial facilities, medical offices, and repositioning projects.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk assessment

Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, ensuring materials and resources are delivered on schedule

Proficiency in conducting project inspections and ensuring quality control

Expertise in logistics management for supply chain coordination and on‑time deliveries

Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with project stakeholders

Proven experience in construction project management is highly desirable

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
