We are a leading player in the hospitality industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring our team members are at the heart of our success. As we continue to expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking a passionate and talented Merchandise Associate to join our team.
Job Overview: As a Merchandise Associate at EEG, you will be responsible for providing our guests with best-in-class service, product, and entertainment. You will consistently engage the guests to build rapport and enhance the guest experience while anticipating any additional needs to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. You will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s).
Maintain an organized environment, restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) system and appropriate cash-handling procedures.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
