We provide the training, resources, and support to help motivated professionals build and grow.\n\nYour Role\nAs a Sales Manager, you will focus on developing people, driving production, and expanding your business. You’ll have the opportunity to recruit and mentor agents, provide guidance and coaching, and help create a culture focused on consistency, professionalism, and results.\n\nKey Areas of Responsibility\n\nBuild Your Team\n\n Identify and connect with individuals interested in a career in life insurance\n Recruit motivated sales professionals and help them get started\n Develop relationships with agents and support their long-term growth\n\nCoach & Develop\n\n Provide ongoing guidance, encouragement, and sales coaching\n Help agents strengthen their product knowledge and client conversations\n Share proven strategies, resources, and best practices\n\nDrive Production\n\n Establish goals and help your team stay focused on consistent activity\n Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement\n Lead by example through your own sales and professional activity\n\nExpand Your Business\n\n Develop strategies for growing your market and client base\n Build a strong professional network\n Create opportunities for continued business and financial growth\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n Leadership, sales, or management experience is preferred\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven\n Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others\n Comfortable working independently in a remote environment\n Professional and confident when communicating with clients and agents\n Willingness to learn and follow established systems and processes\n Life insurance experience is a plus, but not required\n A life insurance license is not required to apply.
