Data Entry Encoder

As a Data Steward on the Reporting Application team, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and usability of critical business data. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to maintain high-quality data, support data governance initiatives, and ensure accurate integration and documentation of product and supplier data.

Serve as the subject matter expert for business-facing data, including products and suppliers.

Collect, organize, and manage data from multiple sources, partnering with stakeholders to identify and resolve data gaps.

Maintain and update the Data Dictionary and create clear documentation for data definitions and processes.

Review brand standards and translate product data into standardized templates.

Analyze and understand data flows across systems; examine data mappings and provide recommendations.

Monitor data quality and help define metrics for ongoing evaluation.

Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from the data warehouse.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability across platforms.

Analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems and recommend data solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Management, or related field – or equivalent work experience.

1–2 years of experience in data stewardship, data analysis, or similar roles.

1+ year of experience using Master Data Management tools (e.g., Informatica).

1–2 years of experience writing and executing Microsoft SQL queries.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience supporting data entry, quality, and operational best practices.
