Proficient in MS Office and EMR systems
Patient Care & Clinical Duties:

Support physicians during procedures; Administer and document medications; Safety, Compliance & Infection Control:

Leads emergency drills, maintains Banyan Stat Kit and AED checks
Quality & Records Management:

Assists with RN/LPN interviews and staff evaluations
Collaborates with Practice Manager to ensure adequate medical staffing
Maintains sterile field and proper OR setup
Oversees equipment sterilization, stock levels, and clinic readiness
Completes daily/weekly logs and inspections per protocol
Visual/hearing acuity and stress tolerance required
Additional tasks may be assigned, and existing responsibilities may be modified or removed as necessary to meet operational needs, within the scope of the individual's role, licensure, and applicable regulatory standards.
