The Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to both individuals and groups of members served.
Shifts Available
Short Hour 0.2 | AM | 7:00am - 3:30 pm | Every other Friday and Saturday
Short Hour 0.4 | AM | 7:00am - 3:30 pm | Friday and Saturday
Short Hour 0.2 | NOC | 11:00pm - 7:30am | Every other Friday and Saturday
Short Hour 0.4 | NOC | 11:00pm - 7:30am | Friday and Saturday
Weekday shift differentials: 10% for Overnight Shift. Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff: 5% for Weekend AM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift.
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. High School graduation or a G.At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting
Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
Paid Time Off: For Full Time Employee it is 16.7 days in your first year
Nine Paid Holidays & Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials: 5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift

Jay Mahler Recovery Center (JMRC) is a 16-bed facility providing intensive mental health and psychiatric treatment for adults aged 18+ who are experiencing a mental health emergency. Residents have previously been diagnosed with serious mental illness, and may have a co‑occurring substance use disorder.
