Head of Programme Management

Job Type: Temporary W-2 assignment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time, 9am-5pm.

This is a non-clinical administrative position that will work closely with the Mammography Technologist and other members of the healthcare team. The coordinator will help manage patient check-in, appointment scheduling, paperwork, records, communication, and daily patient flow so the Mammography Technologist can remain focused on patient care and imaging responsibilities.

Provide registration, consent, screening, and medical history forms and review them for completeness.

Help maintain an organized and efficient patient flow throughout the day.

Maintain, scan, upload, and organize patient records and administrative documents as needed.

Support the Mammography Technologist with non-clinical administrative tasks and daily preparation.

Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements while helping create a professional and welcoming environment.

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous administrative, medical front-desk, patient scheduling, or customer-service experience preferred.

Healthcare, medical office, radiology, imaging center, hospital, or outpatient experience is a plus.

Comfortable working directly with patients and handling confidential information.

Strong communication, customer-service, and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
