As our Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain independence and quality of life so they can safely perform daily activities. You will be expected to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document thoroughly, and provide positive, motivating care to a high volume of patients. To be successful in this role, you must be flexible, adaptable, exceptionally organized, and a personable, motivating team player.

Appropriately assesses patients of varying diagnoses & disorders requiring Occupational Therapy according to established guidelines. Age range treated includes neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, & geriatric. Staff will be assigned only to age ranges for which they meet the education, experience & training requirements.

Patients from 0-21 years of age with CCS insurance will either be seen or have oversight by a CCS panelled therapist.

Establishes functional goals in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team based on the patient's rehabilitation potential.

Bachelor's Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy. Academic curriculum will include coursework on growth & development, gerontology & therapeutic procedures for pediatric, adolescent, adult & geriatric populations required.

CA Occupational Therapist License (CA OTL) required.

Fire Safety card (within 90 Days from Start Date) required.
