Advanced Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring a Per Diem Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform in‑home health evaluations. You’ll visit members in their homes, review medications and histories, and conduct basic clinical assessments using an iPad workflow.
Travel locally within licensed states is required; virtual visits may be needed. The role is part‑time, with a base hourly pay and incentives per visit, plus malpractice coverage and supplies.
