Senior RecruiterPrimary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Senior Recruiter with our healthcare client in Marion, NC. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension.Pay: $33.00 - $40.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. Schedule: Hybrid role, Based in Marion, NC 3 day onsite/2 RemoteDescriptionThe Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner will support recruiting efforts across Manufacturing (MFG) sites and corporate functional areas. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes, while ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional rolesManage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiationBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines, particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill MFG roles (e.g., CDL, operations, technical positions)Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consistent follow-throughProvide market insights and data to influence hiring decisions, including compensation, talent availability, and competitive trendsCollaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environmentSupport diversity hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruiting practicesIdentify process improvement opportunities and contribute to TA projects and initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience - would consider someone with a High School diploma or Associates' degree if they have the right experience.3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruitingExperience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments strongly preferredProven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools, Workday PreferredPrimary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
