This is a Full-Time, in-person employment position.

What Your Role Looks Like

Operating our Various CNC Plasma Machines

C&G Systems Challenger Plasma Table

Bend-Tech Dragon A400 Pipe and Tube Cutter

Blue-Roc Track Torch

Optimizing cutting order and processes to meet required deadlines.

Use and adjust pre‑made .ENC and .DXF files when required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC operator, preferably with plasma cutting machines. Photos or videos of past work are highly encouraged.

Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a fabrication environment.

Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency.

Have the ability to adapt to changing job requirements.

Ability to operate a forklift, willing to train.

What Success Looks Like

Provide clean, organized and accurate pre‑cut material to fabricators.

Perform with little to no supervision.

Ensure machines are maintained and in working order.
