Manufacturing Production Painter -- Full-Time

Industrial Painter
We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join a production team in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on applying high-quality finishes to steel components using electrostatic spray and powder coating techniques.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, painting, or general labor experience looking for stable, full-time work.
Key Responsibilities

Apply coatings using electrostatic spray guns to paint steel racks and weldments
Ensure proper color, thickness, and finish quality to meet production standards
Perform powder coating and curing (baking) processes as required
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
Troubleshoot and resolve basic painting or coating issues
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
Follow all safety procedures and attendance policies
Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or industrial painting experience preferred
Experience with electrostatic or powder coating systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
