WE’RE HIRING: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
Summit Healthcar e is hiring on behalf of a client seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN ) to provide nutrition support and develop individualized meal plans
.This is a great opportunity for an RDN looking for flexible hours while making a meaningful impact through practical, personalized nutrition guidance
Responsibilities Develop customized meal and nutrition plans based on individual need
Conduct nutritional assessments and provide recommendation
Educate and counsel clients on healthy eating habits and dietary goal
Adjust meal plans as needs and goals chang
Maintain appropriate documentation and coordinate with the care team as neede
Qualifications Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential require
New York licensure/certification as applicabl
Strong knowledge of meal planning and nutrition counselin
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Organized, compassionate, and comfortable working independentl
+Interested or know an RDN who may be a great fit
